"Skin Deep Finishing Institute is a diamond mine to me and every
girl is a diamond in the rough waiting to be refined."
- Rhonda Ernest, CEO Skin Deep Finishing Institute, 2009

CEO/President
With over 20 years in the Beauty industry, Rhonda Ernest
donated a lot of her time to charity and public speaking at
various schools, the YWCA and the Boys and Girls Club of
Greater Sacramento; speaking to at-risk youth about teenage
pregnancy, peer pressure and career goal setting.
Being a teenage mother herself, Rhonda recognized a great
need for guidance among at-risk girls. Out of this passion she
founded the Skin Deep Finishing Institute, Inc., a non-profit
organization dedicated to the refinement of teenage girls.
"We may have not control over the hand life deals us, but the
good news is we do have control over how we play the hand."
